Clinical Observation Of Ear Acupuncture Combined With Danzhi Xiaoyao Addition And Subtraction In The Treatment Of Idiopathic Central Precocious Puberty(Hepatic Depression Fire Evidence) In Girls

Objectives:The efficacy of the clinical Chinese medicine Danzhi Xiaoyao Scatter plus and minus combined with external Chinese medicine auriculotopy in the treatment of idiopathic central precocious puberty liver depression in girls was observed,and the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with auriculopressure were evaluated.Methods:A total of 90 girls who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP)were collected,and 45 cases were divided into experimental group and control group by random number method 1:1.The control group was given oral Chinese medicine Danzhi Xiaoyaosan plus and subtracted,and the experimental group was given oral Chinese medicine Danzhi Xiaoyao San,plus subtracted plus ear point pressure.After 3 months of treatment,the changes of breast size,serum hormone level(LH,FSH,E2),uterine volume,ovarian volume,maximum follicle diameter,and primary and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were compared before and after treatment,and the efficacy and safety indicators were monitored,and the results were unified by the SPSS25.0 analysis system.Results:1.Evaluation of basic data:There were no significant differences in the observation indexes such as age,height,weight,bone age difference,LH peak/FSH peak,and disease course before treatment(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.Breast comparison:Both groups were effective in improving the maximum diameter of breast(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.3.Hormone level comparison:After treatment,the two groups had significant significance in FSH and E2(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the two groups was comparable(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.4.Uterus,appendages comparison:After treatment,the uterus,left and right ovarian volume and maximum follicle diameter were improved(P<0.05),The experimental group was superior to the control group.5.Assessment of disease efficacy:Both groups had efficacy(P<0.05)in the treatment of ICPP,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.6.Comparison of TCM symptoms:(1)In the total score comparison,the degree of symptom relief in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.(2)Principal points:After treatment,the main symptoms of both groups were improved(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group in improving breast development and vaginal discharge,and the efficacy in pubic hair development was comparable(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference.(3)Subsymptom points: Both groups could improve the secondary symptoms(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of irritability,depression,insomnia,dreaminess,and boss pain,and there was no significant difference in chest and flank swelling pain,dry stool,and short urine(P>0.05),and the efficacy of the two groups was similar.Conclusion:The effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao plus minus combined with ear acupoint pressure in the treatment of ICPP in girls is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine alone,and it has the effect of reducing serum FSH and E2 levels,reducing breast,uterus,ovaries and follicles,and can improve TCM symptoms.No adverse events occurred during the study of this topic,and the combination therapy has a good safety profile for ICPP(liver depression fire evidence)in girls.
