The Observation Of Chili Oil Ointment Gauze And Alginate Functional Dressing In Efficacy In Wound Healing After The Operation Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective: By contrast Chili oil wound ointment gauze and alginate functional dressing in mixed hemorrhoids postoperative healing,to evaluate their clinical efficacy and degree of pain.Methods: Randomly selected March 2016 ~2017 year in March 68 cases included in the standard and the shear line organization of mixed hemorrhoids in line with the Optics Valley Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital hospital anorectal Hospital were postoperatively according to the principle of voluntary randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group.The two groups were selected for the operation mode for the traditional simple tissue scissors Milligan Morgan,6 hours after the surgery,all liquid diet,the first postoperative day were semi liquid diet,second days were normal control diet,stool,defecation was started third days after operation,with Kone before dressing with Chinese medicine "bath No.I" smoked bath 15 min,the anus into Longzhu ointment Bolt + bezoar hemorrhoids clear 1 grains QD,microwave irradiation 15 min bid,treatment group were treated with Chili oil ointment gauze,sterile gauze cover;the control group were treated with alginate functional dressing(Tai Po Company)packing,outside the sterile gauze covered points in 3,7,14,21 days.Repairing the wound were observed in two groups.Pain scores,pain duration and postoperative wound to inflammation,hyperplasia period,average time period and the total epithelial healing time,differences in the total cost of dressing and so on.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with postoperative wound size and anal function(p>0.05),wound pain in the treatment group than the control group,there was significant(P<0.01),the control group than the treatment group severe hyperplasia of granulation tissue,wound healing time than the treatment group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the mixed hemorrhoid postoperative wound dressing,Chili oil ointment gauze than alginate functional dressing can promote the growth of granulation wound healing,shorten healing time,reduce the meat.The incidence of bud edema and the cost of dressing change were significantly reduced,but the wound pain and duration of pain were significantly enhanced compared with the alginate functional dressing group...
