Studies On Serum Pharmacochemistry And Anti-helicobacter Pylori Of Effective Fractions Of Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction

Using Xiao Chaihu Decoction as basic prescription,adding Dried ginger,Coptis chinensis,Poria cocos,Fried atractylodes to compose Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction.It is mainly used in the treatment of spleen and stomach disease with the efficacy of soothing the liver and drawing the bravery,Acrid openning and bitter desscending,Regulating the spleen and stomach.Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Aijun Zhou,Chief physician,has been using Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction to treatment hundreds of patients who contracted with gastric ulcers and chronic gastritis,the efficiency is more better than the basic prescription.Screening study of Anti-Helicobacter Pylori in the early work of our laboratory on the effective substance parts of Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction;The alkaloids and volatile oils of the prescription are determined as the main active substance parts,The chemical components of each effective substance were also analyzed and identified.On the basis of previous studies,we carried out Serum Pharmacochemistry studies on the alkaloid substances and volatile oil substances of Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction,the chemical components of each effective substance were used to study on the mechanism of Anti-Helicobacter pylori.Experimental study on the process of rat model by intragastric administration,A Serum Pharmacochemistry study of the alkaloids and volatile oils of the Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction has been carried out.By using the modern analysis method of HPLC-MS,some migrating elements:Coptisine,Palmatine,Epiberberine,Magnoflorine,Berberine and Jateorhizine have been analysised and identified form the drug serum of the alkaloid parts of the Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction;On the other hand,By using the modern analysis method of GC-MS,some migrating elements :Terpinolene,Camphene,(R)-TRANS(+)-pinene and O-decylhydroxylamine have been analysised and identified form the drug serum of the volatile oil parts of the Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction.Referring to the reports of some references,the migrating elements what have been identified from the drug serum all have an effect on the Helicobacter pylori eradication.It was showed that the main effective components of the alkaloid parts and volatile oil parts of the Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction can play medicine efficacy by entering the body,so as to provide the scientific basis of modern test of the Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction was used to the treatment of gastric ulcer.By ueing the modern analysis technology of microbiology and molecularbiology,the main effective components of the important chinese medicine of the Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction have been used to screen study and mechanism of action study of Anti-Helicobacter Pylori,the result of the study also reached what has been expected.So this study has played an important role in the interpretation to the effective substance of Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction and this study also lay a foundation of further study on the prescription.
