BackgroundThe incidence of esophageal cancer is all over 10 provinces and autonomous regions in china. The esophagus carcinoma can be divided into esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and esophageal adenocarcinoma in pathology.China is mainly squamous cell carcinoma(90%).So far,the specific etiology of esophageal cancer are still unclear. The study showed that the occurrence of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was related to smoking, drinking, pickles, family heredity, regular intake of hot food and psychological disorder.Although the environmental factors of life are similar, but only a few people get sick,l.In particular, the prominent familial aggregation of esophageal cancer patients, further hints that genetic factors play a great role in the disease. With the change of drinking water and living environment, the popularization of cancer prevention knowledge, the supplement of vitamin microelements and a change in bad habits and habits of residents in high incidence area, the incidence of esophageal cancer has decreased, but the extent of reduction is not obvious. In particular, with the continuous progress of science, more and more genetic susceptibility genes have been constantly discovered. The role of genetic factors in esophageal cancer is explained. With the continuous correction of environmental carcinogenic factors, the role of genetic factors is becoming more and more prominent.ObjectiveThis study is to analyze the family genetic differences of esophageal carcinoma patients in north Henan province,to prove the role of genetic factor in esophageal carcinoma, and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of esophageal carcinoma.MethodsMethods a case-control study was conducted to analyze 400 cases of esophageal cancer collected in our hospital in January 2016-2017 in March. The genetic degree differences of esophageal carcinoma between the north Henan and other high incidence areas of China, and the differences in onset age and pathological stage between patients with a family history of esophageal carcinoma and those without a family history are compared.ResultsCompared with patients without a family history of esophageal carcinoma and with a family history in Northern Henan. The difference is obvious and there is statistical significance on age of onset(χ2=27.502,P=0.000)and pathological stage(χ2=88.103,P=0.000),and the prognosis(χ2=0.201,P=0.654)was not statistically significant. There was significant difference in the heritability(χ2=34.036,P=0.000)between Henan Province and other high incidence areas of esophageal cancer.Patients with a family history were more likely to have an earlier age and a later pathological staging.ConclusionsPeople with a family history of esophageal cancer should be classified as high-risk groups,be monitored emphatically and be checked regularly, and early intervention measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of esophageal carcinoma.
