Clinical Observation Of Analgesia In Curettage By Acupuncturing Eight Liao Points

Objective:Investigate the impacts on the intraoperative pain,postoperative 30min contraction pain,and the incidence of introperative abortion syndrome by acupuncturing Eight Liao before the dilatation and curettage,aiming at providing better ideas and methods for the analgesia in dilatation and curettage.Method:56 patients who were going to have the dilatation and curettage in The Second Hospital of Jiangsu Province from June 2015 to September 2017 were randomized into two groups,treatment group(27 cases)and control group(29 cases).All these patients met the diagnostic criteria,inclusion and exclusion criteria.Patients in treatment group were treated by acupuncture on Eight Liao(BL31-BL34)before the dilatation and curettage,and BL33.BL34 were treated by electro-acupuncture dense-sparse wave with a frequency of 2/10Hz.The acupuncture should be performed for 20 minutes.In control group,no analgesic measures will be taken before the surgery.All the patients from both groups had to sign the informed consent before dilatation and curettage.The intraoperative pain,postoperative 30min contraction pain,and the incidence of intraoperative abortion syndrome were observed in the 2 groups.Results:1.The scores of FPS-R in treatment group(2.1 ± 1.0)were better than the control group(2.9±1.0)(p<0.05).2.The scores of VAS in treatment group(3.7±1.6)were better than the control group(5.2±1.4)(p<0.05).3.The incidence of intraoperative abortion syndrome in treatment group(0%)was better than the control group(44.9%)(p<0.05).4.The scores of postoperative 30min contraction pain in treatment group had no difference with the control group(p>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture on Eight Liao(BL31-BL34)can analgesia in dilatation and curettage,it can also significantly reduce the incidence of intraoperative abortion syndrome.It's a safe and effective method with no side effects which is worth promoting.
