Clinical Observation Of Huangshu Mixture On Postoperative Complications Of Damp-hybrid Injection Mixture

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of huang shu mixture in the treatment of postoperative anal pain edema after Hemorrhoidectomy.Method:The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In both groups,mixed hemorrhoids were used for external debridement and internal ligation.The treatment group began oral administration of Huang shu Mixture on the basis of routine dressing change on the first postoperative day.Each morning and evening meal served as warm bags of one serving;the control group received routine dressing changes.Both groups were treated for 7 days.Changes in wound pain,edema,and defecation were recorded on the first,third,and seventh days,and wound healing time was recorded.The scores were recorded in the score table and statistical data were compared.Results:1.Comparing anal margin edema,anal margin edema on the first day after operation was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the difference was not significant.There was no difference in the efficacy of anal edema between the two groups on the first day after treatment.The difference between the two groups on the 3rd day after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall effect of the treatment group in relieving the wound edema was better than that of the control group;the scores of the treatment group after the 7th day after the treatment were compared with the control group.Statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of reducing edema after treatment is better than that of the control group.2.Anal wound pain comparison,the treatment group and the control group on the first day after surgery,the comparison was no significant difference(P>0.05),no statistical significance.Compared with the anal border pain in the 3rd and 7th day after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the anal border pain between the treatment group and the control group,indicating that the oral administration of Huang shu Mixture was effective in relieving postoperative anal pain after 3 and 7 days of treatment.The curative effect is obviously better than that of the control group.3.Compared with anal defecation situation,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group on the first postoperative day(P>0.05),the difference was not significant,and the difference between the two groups in the anus defecation situation on the third and seventh days after treatment.Statistically significant(P<0.05).Contrasting,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of postoperative bowel movement.4.The total curative effect and wound healing time were 93.3%in the effective treatment group and 80.0%in the control group.The comparison between the two groups(P<0.05)was comparable,and Huang shu Mixture was superior to the control group in the improvement of postoperative symptoms.The average healing time of wounds in the group was 18 days.The average healing time in the control group was 22 days.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that Huang shu Mixture can shorten the wound healing time and accelerate wound healing.Conclusion:Huang Shu Mixture treats complications such as wound pain,anal edema,and poor bowel movement after hot and humid injection mixed hemorrhoids.It can significantly relieve anal pain,relieve anal edema,and improve defecation function,smooth defecation,and promote Wound healing,shorten wound healing time,reduce patient suffering,shorten the postoperative course of treatment,to achieve the purpose of treatment.
