Clinical Observation Of Modified Jiedu Bailing Pill In Treating Damp-heat Injection Type Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Modified Jiedu Bailing pill in the treatment of damp-heat injection type mixed hemorrhoids,including the effect on pain and constipation,in order to provide clinical and theoretical basis for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: A total of 60 patients with damp-heat mixed hemorrhoids conforming to the study criteria were included in this study,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group.Huaijiao pill was used in the control group and Modified Jiedu Bailing pill was used in the treatment group.The treatment period was 14 days.The changes of TCM syndrome score,VAS pain score and Bristol score before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores,VAS scores and Bristol scores between the two groups,P>0.05,which was comparable.2.Analyzed the scores of TCM syndromes,VAS scores,and Bristol scores in the group before and after treatment.The scores in the treatment group were decreased compared with those before treatment,P<0.05,which was statistically significant;the scores in the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment.There was a decrease before treatment,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Both groups have obvious effects on the symptoms associated with mixed hemorrhoids(damp-heat betting type).3.The comparison between the two groups of TCM syndrome scores after treatment showed that the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group in the three aspects of blood in stool,anal distension and prolapse,P< 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The scores of anal discomfort,hemorrhoid mucosa and hemorrhoid nucleus in the treatment group and the control group were not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.4.Comparison of VAS scores between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05),which was statistically significant.5.Bristol scores comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05),which was statistically significant.6.Comparison of curative effects: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was76.67%.The treatment group was superior to the control group,P< 0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion: Modified Jiedu Bailing pill and Huaijiao pill could effectively improve the symptoms of hemorrhoids with dampness and heat,such as hemorrhoid in stool,anal distension,prolapse,hemorrhoid size,hemorrhoid mucosa congestion,anal discomfort,pain and constipation.In improving blood in the stool,anal bulge,prolapse,pain and constipation,Modified Jiedu Bailing Pill had a particularly significant effect.
