Clinical Observation On Common Complications After Operation Of Mixed Hemorrhoids (Damp-Heat Down-Injection Syndrome) Prevented And Treated With Bailian Lotion And Umbilical Needle

Objective: To observe and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bailian lotion combined with navel needle in the treatment of common postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids(damp-heat down-injection syndrome),such as postoperative urinary retention,postoperative constipation,pain during anal stool.Methods:This study collected in October 2021 to October 2022 in yunnan province,Chinese medicine hospital patients with anorectal ward into standard,were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and the control group(n=31).On the basis of routine therapy after surgery,the treatment group was treated with Bailian lotion fumigation and washing combined with navel acupuncture,and the control group was treated with Bailian lotion fumigation and washing combined with ordinary acupuncture.The first time of spontaneous urination,the degree of dysuria on the first and first day after surgery,and the incidence of urinary retention were observed in the above two groups.The time and situation of the first spontaneous defecation after operation;Postoperative anal pain intensity.From this,the statistical analysis of various indicators is made and conclusions are drawn.Results: 1.Cases in treatment group and control group in collecting,gender,age,number of incision,duration,etc,there was no statistically significant difference(P> 0.05),comparable.2.The first spontaneous urination time after operation in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P< 0.05);3.For the first time,and on the first day after urination difficulty contrast treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05);4.The incidence of postoperative urinary retention in treatment group is lower than the control group(P< 0.05);5.The time of the first spontaneous defecation in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P< 0.05).6.The postoperative defecation contrast defecate difficulty,defecation time,abdominal distension in treatment group is better than that in control group(P< 0.05),in the frequency of defecation,stool properties comparison of differences have no statistical significance(P> 0.05).7.The postoperative anal pain intensity contrast in the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference is statistically significant(P< 0.05).8.Total effective results show that the treatment group was 93.75%,the control group was 83.87%,the total curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group(P< 0.05);Conclusion: Bailian lotion combined with umbilicus has obvious effect on the prevention and treatment of common postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids(damp-heat syndrome),and has improved postoperative symptoms such as poor urination,poor defecation and anal pain,which has clinical application significance.
