Clinical Effect Of Qi Jing Zhen Qi Ba Zhen Decoction On Hemorrhagic Anemia After Total Hip Arthroplasty In Middle-aged And Elderly Patients

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qi Jing Zhen Qi Ba Zhen decoction after primary unilateral total hip arthroplasty(THA)in middle-aged and elderly patien-ts for hemorrhagic anemia,and to use Buqishengxue and Bushenyijing drug for post-T-HA hemorrhagic anemia The essential drugs provide theoretical basis and provide so-me reference for optimizing clinical postoperative treatment.Methods:The 60 patients eligible for inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,and case diagnosis who were admitted to the hospital for femoral head necrosis from August 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,30 in each group.Two groups of patients improved blood routine,biochemical and other preoperative examinations,and were subjected to unilateral total hip arthroplasty,routine postoperative care,and postoperative conventional gastric,antiphlogistic,analgesic,rehydration and other routine treatments.After 24 hours,the drainage tube was pulled out and the second day after the operation,the device was assisted to get out of bed.In the experimental group,the drainage tube was pulled out on the first day after the operation and then was given orally to Qi Jing Zhen Qi Ba Zhen Decoction.The traditional Chinese medicine was decoction-free and water-flooded,once in the morning and at night,until 6 weeks after operation.The two groups were counted on the 1st,3rd,1st,2nd,and 6th week after surgery respectively for hemoglobin(HGB),hematocrit(HCT),qi and blood deficiency,kidney essence deficiency quantification and postoperative 2 weeks Harris score.Result:1.The basic conditions of the patient included age,body mass index,preoperative HGB,preoperative HCT,quantitative quantification of kidney essence deficiency syndrome,and perioperative dominant blood loss.There was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Comparability.2.HGB:There was a significant difference between the two groups at 1 week,2 weeks,and 6 weeks(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the HGB in the test group had a smaller decrease,and the increase was greater.3.HCT:There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups on the 3rd,lst,and 2nd weeks after surgery(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the HCT of the experimental group decreased even more significantly.4.Harris score:There was no significant difference in hip function scores at 2 weeks postoperatively(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the hip joint scores were not significantly different in the short term.5.The quantification of blood deficiency syndrome:There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups at 1 week and 2 weeks(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quantitative score of blood deficiency syndrome in the trial group was lower.6.Quantification of kidney essence insufficiency syndrome:There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups at 6 weeks postoperatively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the 6-week kidney essence deficiency syndrome score was lower in the experimental group.Conclusion:Qi Jing Zhen Qi Ba Zhen Decoction can be used to reduce the decrease of hemoglobin,improve hemoglobin,improve hemorrhagic anemia in the short-term,and effectively improve the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine and accelerate postoperative rehabilitation.The treatment of hemorrhagic anaemia after THA is of great significance.It is safe,superior,and inexpensive.It is worthy of clinical application.
