Clinical Observational Study On The Effects Of Jie Yu Zhen Jing An Shen Decoction In Treating Parkinson’s Disease Patients With Anxiety Who With Syndrome Of Qi Depression Transforming Into Fire

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jie Yu Zhen Jing An Shen Decoction in treating Parkinson’s Disease patients with anxiety who with syndrome of Qi depression transforming into Fire.Methods: During October 2016 to October 2017,60 PD patients who with syndrome of Qi Depression transforming into Fire were collected from outpatients of Neurology Department,First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.All participants were in accordance with PD with anxiety diagnostic criteria.The patients were numbered by registration order,randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 patients each.Control group patients were given paroxetine hydrochloride20 mg every day after breakfast for 4 weeks for a course and 2 consecutive courses of treatment.The treatment group treated on the basis of anti-PD therapy additional Jie Yu Zhen Jing An Shen Decoction,once a day diluted with 400 ml hot water after breakfast continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course and 2 consecutive courses of treatment.Patients with hyperglycemia,hypertension,coronary heart disease,hyperlipidemia in both groups should give medical treatment of controlling blood sugar,blood pressure,lipid plaques and platelet aggregation.PD patients’ Hamilton Anxiety Score(HAMA),Parkinson’s Comprehensive Assessment Scale version 3.0(UPDRS)score changes and TCM syndrome scale score changes were recorded before and after treatment in both groups.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)HAMA score,UPDRS score,TCM syndrome score: Compared with before treatment,the HAMA score,UPDRS score,and TCM syndrome score of the treatment group decreased significantly after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).In the control group,the HAMA score,UPDRS score and TCM syndrome score all decreased after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the HAMA scores between the two groups at each treatment time point(P<0.05).(2)Efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and66.67% in the control group.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).(3)Safety evaluation: There was no significant change in liver and kidney function before and after treatment in both groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions: This study observed the clinical efficacy of Jie Yu Zhen Jing An Shen Decoction in the treatment PDA patients who with syndrome of Qi Depression transforming into Fire.The results showed that the combined use of Jie Yu Zhen Jing An Shen Decoction and paroxetine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of carbamoyl-burning PDA patients’ HAMA,UPDRS and TCM syndrome scores improved significantly and were superior to paroxetine hydrochloride alone.Jie Yu Zhen Jing An Shen Decoction has a definite curative effect in treating qi stagnation and fire-type PDA,which can improve the anxiety level of patients,improve the ability of daily life of patients,has good safety,and has good clinical application value.
