Evaluation On The Effect Of Anterior Tooth Restoration Of IPS E.max Porcelain Veneer And Study On Effect Factors

Objective:Evaluation of the effect of IPS e.max cast porcelain veneer restoration in anterior tooth area,and to explore the factors influencing the effect of repair,and to provide a reference for improve the success rate of porcelain veneer restoration and the satisfaction of doctors and patients.Methods: 119 cases with aesthetic defects in the anterior dental region before the reconstruction of IPS e.max cast porcelain veneer take the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire of Neuroticism Scale,and then aesthetic restoration was performed on IPS e.max cast porcelain veneer,and 1,6,12 month review after repair,the doctor according to the improved standars of Ryge,the paintients according to the visual analogue scale were evaluated on IPS e.max cast porcelain veneer.Results: Investigation of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire of Neuroticism Scale with 119 patients,among them,there were 30 typical emotional types,62 tendency emotional and 27 middle emotional types.The doctor's evaluation on the effect of IPS e.max cast ceramic veneer restoration included five aspects,the integrity of the prosthesis,the degree of color satisfaction,marginal fitness,the sensitivity after the operation,and the reaction of the gums.The number that reached grade A at 1 month after operation were as follows,(150/155),(154/155),(154/155),(150/155),(153/155).The number that reached grade A at 6 month after operation were as follows,(145/151),(149/151),(148/151),(151/151),(148/151).The number that reached grade A at 6 month after operation were as follows,(140/146),(143/146),(142/146),(143/146).At 1,6,12 months postoperatively,the success rate of prosthesis was 98%,98%,97%.1,6,12 month after repair,The patient was satisfied with IPS e.max porcelain veneer were 9.41±0.31,9.11±0.30,9.00±0.29 score.The T-score of the typical emotional type,the T-score of the emotional type and the age were negatively correlated with the patient's satisfaction(P<0.05),the typical mood-type age,the middle emotional type of T-score,and age were not related to patient satisfaction(P>0.05).Conclusion: Aesthetic restoration of IPS e.max ceramic veneer was performed in the anterior tooth area.Both doctors and patients were satisfied with the clinical effect.The personality questionnaire survey before operation and take corresponding measures according to different personality characteristics can help to improve patients' satisfaction.It is helpful to improve the success rate of porcelain veneer repair by exploring the factors that affect the repair effect of porcelain veneer.The Eysenck personality questionnaire before operation can take corresponding solutions according to the different personality characteristics of the patients and help to improve the patients' satisfaction.
