Objective:to analyze the primary immune thrombocytopenia?ITP?study of the difference table with different syndromes of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,and Th17,Treg,Treg/Th177 in blood,Yin Qi does not contain two types. Methods:from December 2016 to 2018,02 patients with ITP who were admitted to Department of Hematology at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were enrolled in the study.Flow cytometry was used to detect CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,Treg,Th177 in the venous blood of the two groups and the data of CD4+/CD8+and Treg/Th177 were calculated.Using SPSS17 statistical software to analyze the syndrome of Qi failing to control blood, yin deficiency syndrome in patients with CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,Th17,and expression of Treg and Treg/Th177 in two card groups. Results:the expression of CD3+in the two groups of ITP patients with Qi deficiency and yin deficiency internal heat was different between the two groups?P<0.05?.No expression of CD3+in the gas intake was higher than in the treatment of yin deficiency syndrome group. The expression of CD8+in the two groups of ITP patients with Qi and yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome was different between the two groups?P<0.05?.No expression of CD8+in the gas intake was higher than in the treatment of yin deficiency syndrome group. The expression of Treg in the two groups of ITP patients with Qi and yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome was different between the two groups?P<0.05?.The expression of Treg in Yin deficiency syndrome was higher than in the syndrome of Qi failing to control blood group.Conclusion:CD8+and Treg of T lymphocyte subsets can be used as an objective reference index for the dialectical typing of ITP patients.
