Study On The Clinical Effect And Immune Function Of Wenyangshexue Prescription In The Treatment Of Chronic Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of wenyangshexue prescription in the treatment of CITP and the changes of immunoglobulin,complement,T lymphocyte subgroup and other immune indexes before and after treatment.Methods:To collect 32cases of qi-deficiency and insufflative CITP patients who visited the hematology outpatient department of the fourth clinical medical college affiliated to xinjiang medical university from 2019-01 to 2020-02.According to the instructions in the random envelope,they were divided into two groups.The experimental group was given wenyangshexue prescription,and the control group was given guipi soup.In this study,patients and data processor were blinded.Immunotarget lymphocyte subgroup was detected by flow cytometry,In this study,patients and data processor were blinded.Immunotarget lymphocyte subgroup was detected by flow cytometry,Immunoglobulin and complement were detected by immunoturbidimetry.The clinical effect was analyzed by symptom score and platelet count,and the changes of lymphocyte subsets,immunoglobulin and complement were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.General information:There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender and age;2.Clinical symptoms:The comparison of symptom scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Single symptom:purple spot,shortness of breath,dizziness,loose stool,etc.were compared before and after treatment in the two groups,showing statistical significance(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Single symptom:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of sweat,diet and sleep(all P>0.05).3.Laboratory indicators:There was no statistically significant difference in platelet count between groups or within groups before and after treatment(all P>0.05).The differences of CD3~+,NK cells and IgM in the experimental group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,B lymphocytes,complement,IgA,IgG and IgE before and after treatment(all P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Wenyangshexue decoction has a good improvement effect on CD3~+cells and NK cells in ITP patients;2.Wenyangshexue decoction has a significant effect on the improvement of symptoms in ITP patients with deficiency of qi;3.Wenyangshexue decoction has a significant curative effect on single symptoms,including ice-cold limbs,waist and knee acid,which further proves that"Yang deficiency is the extreme of qi deficiency";At the same time,chronic ITP disease and kidney characteristics were demonstrated.
