Objective: Understand the severity of coronary heart disease patients under different plasma ET, MMP-9, hs-CRP,platelet aggregation rate changes,Comparison of SAP group,UAP group,AMI group and control group. Indicators before and after treatment of the above changes and SY change of each index after the intervention. Traditional medicine in the treatment of CHD has a unique advantage in, the idea of its overall view of diagnosis and treatment can make up for lack of Western attention to the shortcomings of the overall treatment, Integrative Medicine can play better and improve the clinical symptoms treatment.Methods : Select the 36 patients diagnosed as SAP, UAP 46 patients, AMI patients 45 cases, Also selected 30 healthy subjects served as controls. CT for coronary artery or coronary angiography, color Doppler echocardiography, ECG, The severity of the study group were randomly assigned to standard treatment group (Main application isosorbide mononitrate, metoprolol, perindopril, aspirin, simvastatin and other drug treatment for 8 weeks) and the intervention group SY (Standard therapy + SY 100mg/ d), Plasma drug intervention underwent ET, MMP-9, platelet aggregation rate and the detection of hs-CRP values. Using software to analyze the experimental data.Results:①SAP group and control group, the plasma ET, MMP-9, platelet aggregation, hs-CRP was no statistically significant value(P>0.05).②UAP group, AMI group, the plasma ET, MMP-9, platelet aggregation, hs-CRP was significantly higher than the normal control group, with statistical significance(P﹤0.01).③UAP group, AMI group, the plasma ET, MMP-9, platelet aggregation, hs-CRP values were significantly higher with the SAP group, with statistical significance(P﹤0.01). AMI group than in UAP group, And statistically significant(P﹤0.01).④SY intervention group and the conventional treatment group after treatment than before treatment, plasma ET, MMP-9, platelet aggregation, hs-CRP values were significantly decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.01). SAP Groups SY intervention group and conventional treatment group after treatment than before treatment, plasma ET, MMP-9, platelet aggregation, hs-CRP values slightly different, but no statistical significance(P>0.05). UAP group of SY intervention group and the conventional treatment group after treatment than before treatment, plasma ET, MMP-9, platelet aggregation, hs-CRP values decreased, with statistical significance (P<0.05).SY AMI group intervention group and conventional treatment group after treatment than before treatment of plasma ET, MMP-9, platelet aggregation, hs-CRP values decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05).⑤SY intervention group after treatment than before treatment, plasma ET, MMP-9, platelet aggregation, hs-CRP values decreased significantly(P<0.05). SY intervention group after treatment compared with conventional treatment group after treatment of plasma ET, MMP-9, of platelet aggregation rate, hs-CRP values decreased slightly, but not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:①ET, MMP-9, hs-CRP, platelets are important in the development of CHD in factors, Plasma ET, MMP-9, hs-CRP, platelet aggregation, could be used as an indicator of the severity of CHD, CHD may be a reflection of the changes and severity of illness.②With severe disease, plasma ET, MMP-9, hs-CRP, platelet aggregation rate was significantly higher, and disease severity was positively correlated,To detect coronary artery disease has important clinical significance in patients.③SY with promoting blood circulation, Can inhibit the release of endothelin, With the increase in coronary blood flow, improving myocardial ischemia, inflammation, inhibit thrombosis and platelet aggregation and so on.
