Study On The Risk Factors For The Pulmonary Metastasis Of Colorectal Cancer

Purpose:In our country,the digestive system cancer mortality has always been the top,including stomach and colon cancer are located in the top five.For a patients with colorectal cancer(CRC),in numerous determines the possible prognostic factors,if there is a transfer distant organs,is a very important factor.Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the most common organ metastasis liver and lung.In clinical,we found that the proportion in turn after onset,on the basis of pathology and the imaging and no liver metastasis to this part of the colorectal cancer of lung transfer way worth exploring.Methods:Through the study of relevant colon cancer patients clinical data analysis,to explore simple pulmonary metastasis of colorectal cancer metastasis model.Results:Through to the run run shaw hospital affiliated to zhejiang university school of medicine in January 2013 to April 2016 in hospital and confirmed by pathology during the period of all 2612 cases of primary colorectal cancer patients with data analysis,retrieving the 497 cases of colorectal cancer liver metastasis(CLMs).These at the same time accompanied by pulmonary metastasis of colorectal cancer patients in 143 cases.In addition,without liver metastasis of colorectal cancer 143 cases of simple pulmonary metastasis,of which 24 cases confirmed by pathology,and preoperative imaging studies(CT,MRI,chao deng B)imaging in the diagnosis of 119 cases.Then to collect 268 cases conducted a retrospective review of clinical data,specific as follows:gender,age,tumor primary parts of the oven,tumor the size of the original site,tumor infiltration depth of bowel,oven after surgery or biopsy pathology type,differentiation,lymph node metastasis,tumor markers,gene mutation,etc.Liver metastasis was divided into two groups according to whether or not,the analysis,finally draw a simple pulmonary metastasis of colorectal cancer model.Conclusions:Junction of pulmonary metastasis of colon cancer is not associated with liver metastasis,transfer channels is anatomy basis and biological factors the result of joint action.
