Objective: We screen the related clinical risk factors from the studying ofclincial data of colorecal cancer patients. And then they will be got early diagnosisand standardized treadment in a timely manner.Method: We will retrospectively analyze the clinical data of the478patientswith colon cancer, who have been hospitaliazated and surgicaled in the1stAffiliated Hospital of NanChang University from the June2008to June2012.According to liver metastasis or not, these colorecal cancer patients will bedivided into two groups. Single and multiple factors analysis approach were adoptedto annlyze risk factors, such as gender, age, job nature, eating habits,BMI,courseof the disease, the chief complaint, hit a abdominal mass, weight loss, intestinalobstruction, ascites, digital rectal, stool occult blood test, fever, hepatitis b virussurface antigen, tumor pathological type, degree of tumor differentiation, depth oftumor infiltration, vascular tumor emboli and so on.Results: There were52cases with hepatic metastases in the437cases,accounting for11.8%.Single factor analysis showed that ascites, anemia, concurrentcolon polyps, preoperative pathological, vascular tumor emboli, and preoperativeserum TBIL,TC lever were related to liver metastasis.Logistic regression analysisshowed that ascites, anemia, concurrent colon polyps, preoperative pathological, and preoperative TC lever had statistical significance between two groups.Conclution: Clinical risk factors of colorectal cancer with liver metastasis are asfollows: ascites, anemia, concurrent colon polyps, preoperative pathological, andpreoperative TC lever.
