Study On Risk Factors Of Hyperuricemia In The People In Shuimogou Area Of Ulmqi City

Objective: To learn the preverlance rate and influencing factors of HUA and the risk factors clustering status in shuimogou area in ulmqi City and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment of HUA for the civil servants population.And reduce the incidence of uric acid stone,gout and other diseases caused by hyperuricemia.Methods: There were 1677 Representative participants to be investigated in my hospital from January in 2015 to December in 2016 in shuimogou area in ulmqi City.General conditions were investigated.And physical check-ups and corresponding lab index were rendered.Data was analysed by logistic of SPSS19.0.Results: The population hyperuricemia disease prevalence of ShuiMoGou area in Urumqi was 12.6%,the prevalence of men was higher than women(22.3%VS4.6%,P<0.05)in different age groups,there has significant difference between male and female in population prevalence(P<0.05).For the single factor analysis of hyperuricemia,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but Scr in serum had no effect on the prevalence of hyperuricemia,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that the OR value of gender,BP,high FBG,high TC,high TG,high HDL-C,high LDL-C,overweight is: 0.328,1.379,1.570,1.379,1.570,1.886,2.492,1.283,0.672.Conclusion: The gender,TC,TG,FBG,BP,BMI,LDL-C and HDL-C level had an effect on the prevalence of hyperuricemia in people in Shuimogou area in Ulmqi.The main risk factors for hyperuricemia in the people in Shuimogou area in Ulmqi are male,hypertension,hyperglycemia,high triglycerides and obesity.And these ma-in risk factors are high in the population and the clustering phenomenon is obvious.
