The Effect Of Alprostadil On Oxidative Stress,Inflammatory Factors And Vascular Endothelial Factors In Elderly Patients With Diabetic Kidney Disease

Objective:To investigate the effects of alprostadil on oxidative stress,inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial factors in elderly patients with diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Method: 150 elderly patients with DKD from December 2015 to December 2017 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were divided into alprostadil group and routine group according to random number table,each with 75 cases.The routine group was given routine treatment,the alprostadil group added Alprostadil Injection infusion therapy based on this routine treatment.The levels of oxidative stress,inflammatory factors,vascular endothelial factors and renal function index were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment.Results: There were no significant differences in the levels of SOD,MDA,TNF-?,IL-6,hs-CRP,NO,ET-1,vWF,?2-MG and UAER in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,The levels of MDA,TNF-?,IL-6,hs-CRP,ET-1,vWF,?2-MG and UAER in alprostadil group was significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05),and the levels of SOD,NO in alprostadil group was significantly higher than those in the routine group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Alprostadil in the treatment of elderly diabetic kidney disease can significantly improve the level of oxidative stress,reduce the inflammatory response,and improve the vascular endothelial function and renal function.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
