Objective: To observe the correlation between serum KL-6 expression level and lung function in patients with interstitial lung disease with different TCM syndromes. Methods: In this study, between February 2017 and February 2018,the diagnosis of connective tissue disease interstitial lung disease was diagnosed in the respiratory department of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of xinjiang uygur autonomous region.Patients who meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of "connective tissue disease interstitial lung disease",A total of 63 cases were included. The contents of the questionnaire were: name, gender, age, family, disease, smoking history, etc. To detect lung function in patients,To compare the correlation between serum KL-6 expression level and lung function in patients with interstitial lung disease between two groups of syndromes. Results: 1.In total,63 patients were collected, among whom 32 were male,31 were female, and the age range was 86 years old,the youngest was 42 years old,the longest course of disease was 7 years, and the shortest course was 0.5 years. There were 22 cases in the deficiency syndrome group and 41 cases in the empirical group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, course of disease and smoking history.2.The serum KL-6 level of the deficiency syndrome group was 2731.50(2093.75,3219.00),and the level of U/ml was higher than the serum KL-6 level of the empirical group at 1896.00(1126.50,2661.50),and the difference was statistically significant,(P <0.05);3.The percentage of FVC in the virtual certificate group(80.11±17.73)was lower than that of the empirical group FVC(91.64±25.96),and the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05));The estimated percentage of DLCO(54.73±17.41)was lower than that of the empirical group DLCO(69.17±20.70),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);4.Correlation analysis showed that the serum KL-6 level and DLCO were negatively correlated with the deficiency syndrome group and the empirical group(r=-0.961,r=-0.750,P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.TCM syndrome differentiation is mainly based on empirical evidence.2.There were differences in serum KL-6 level between the deficiency syndrome and the empirical model, and the serum KL-6 level in the deficiency syndrome group was significantly higher than the serum KL-6 level in the empirical group CTD-patients,and the deficiency of CTD-ILD lung was more severe than that in the empirical group.3.Both groups of CTD-patients showed reduced DLCO and FVC,and the overall diffuse function was decreased, and the deficiency syndrome group was significantly lower than the empirical group.4.The serum KL-6 expression level was negatively correlated with DLCO,and serum KL-6 could be used as an indicator to determine the severity of interstitial lung disease.5.The deficiency syndrome is different from the severity of the case, and the deficiency syndrome is more serious than the empirical group.
