Eczema,urticaria,Acne,Seborrheic Dermatitis And See Department Of Pulmonary Symptoms Of Clinical Research

Objective: Clinical investigation and statistics of four common skin diseases: eczema,urticaria,acne,seborrheic dermatitis clinical symptoms and the five symptoms of lung disease,explore the five symptoms of eczema,urticaria,acne,seborrheic dermatitis pulmonary symptoms,and understand the "lung master fur" theory in the common clinical significance of common diseases.Methods: The typical cases of eczema,urticaria,acne and seborrheic dermatitis in dermatological clinic and ward of medicine hospital of uigur autonomous region were collected and investigated by means of inquiry,including the patient’s personal information,the type of disease,the time of onset and the symptoms of the diseases of the lung system(see appendix for details).Results:(1)A total of 200 patients were collected,including 46 cases of urticaria,36 cases of eczema,62 cases of acne and 56 cases of seborrheic dermatitis.Among the 200 patients,102 cases(50.55 %)had the symptoms of pulmonary disease.The symptoms of the skin and lung were: 22 cases of urticaria,12 cases of eczema,28 cases of acne,40 cases of seborrheic dermatitis.(2)Among the four common skin diseases,seborrheic dermatitis and pulmonary symptoms were the most frequent,followed by acne,urticaria and eczema.There was a statistically significant difference in the frequency of C-square test of each type of skin disease with pulmonary symptoms.Among them eczema,urticaria patient and see lung department disease symptom to cough,expectoration,run nose,nose plug is common;Acne,seborrheic dermatitis with fur,throat,large intestine symptoms are many,namely: dry skin,face red burning,pharynx dry,pharynx itch,stool dry.Conclusion: We found that seborrheic dermatitis and pulmonary symptoms were the most frequent of the four common skin diseases,followed by acne,urticaria and eczema.However,in 28 kinds of lung symptoms,erythema,stool dry knot,the most common dry skin.Therefore,this study examines the interaction between lung and fur from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine as a whole.Due to the limitations of the sample quantity in this study,the causal relationship needs to be further studied.
