Objective: Study on the function of diversified aeroallergen and food allergen of the specific IgE in different allergic diseases, and the difference of sensitization factor in different sex, age and season; To investigation the relation of the serum specific IgG of ingestive sensitinogen and diversity allergic skin diseases. Methods: The serum specific IgE of house dust, dust mite, flour mite, penicillium notatum, neurospora ,black root,et of aeroallergen and fish ,shrimp ,crab ,pork ,beef ,lamb et of food allergen were detected by ELISA (Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay) in 196 cases of urticaria and 41 cases of eczema ; Beef, chicken, gadus morrhua, corn, crab, milk et of the common food allergen were detected the serum specific IgG by ELISA in 52 cases of urticaria and 50 cases of eczema. Results: 1 .The total positive rate of aeroallergen of the specific IgE in 196 cases of urticaria in patients was 87.2%,the most common aeroallergen was dust mite/flour mite (43 cases,25.1%), followed by house dust (36 cases,21.1%), Artemisia/mugwort (22 cases,12.9%), penicillin notatum /neurospora/bolack root (19 cases, 11.1%), common ragweed/huge ragweed (18 cases, 10.5%), elm/willow/poplar(17 cases,9.9%) ; The total positive rate of aeroallergen of the specific IgE in 41 cases of eczema in patients was 92.7%, the common aeroallergen was house dust, dust mite/flour mite, penicillin notatum/neurospora/black root (all is 6 cases, each of 15.8%), followed by common ragweed/huge ragweed(5 cases, 13.2%), Artemisia/mugwort and elm/willow/poplar(all was 4 cases, each of 2.3%).2.196 cases of urticaria in patients with food allergen IgE positivity rate was 92.9%,Fish is the most common food allergen ( 32 cases, 17.2%), followed by crab / shrimp (20 cases, 10.9%), soybean / peanut (16 cases, 8.1%), egg white/egg yolk (11 cases, 6.4%), chicken/mutton/beef (9 cases, 4.3%), milk (1 case, 0.55%); 41 cases of eczema in patients with food allergen IgE positivity rate was 95.1%. Fish is the most common food allergens (9 cases, 23.2%), followed by crab / shrimp (7 cases, 17.2%), soybean / peanut (6 cases, 15.1%), protein/yolk (3 cases, 7.1%), milk (1 case, 2.6%), chicken / mutton / beef (0).3. Various inhalant allergen and food allergen IgE in eczema and urticaria was not significant (P>0.05).4. Various inhalant allergen and food allergen IgE in patients with eczema and urticaria was not significant in different age groups (p>0.05).5. Various inhalant allergen and food allergen IgE in eczema and urticaria patients was not significant in different gender(p>0.05).6. Various inhalant allergen and food allergen IgE in patients with eczema and urticaria was not significant in different seasons(p>0.05).7. The increased food allergen specific IgG antibodies ranged from 1 to 7 types in 102 patients who have two of allergic skin diseaseseczema or urticaria.Total positive rate was 100%.There were 10 patients have one food allergen specific IgG increased(9.8%),and the patients who have 2-7 kinds of food allergen specific IgG increased were 27,18,12,22,3,10 cases respectively. The total was 92 cases(90.2%).The increase prototion of specific IgG induced by crab was the highest(70 cases,68.6%),followed by shrimp(57cases,55.9%),albumn/yolk(55 cases ,53.9%), soya bean(35 cases, 34.3%), wheat(32 cases, 31.4%),corn(30 cases ,29.4%),milk(22 cases, 21.6%),tomato(20 cases, 19.6%),rice(15 cases, 14.7%),beaf(10 cases, 9.8%),gadus morrhua (7 cases, 6.9%),pork(4 cases, 3.9%),mushroom(3 cases, 2.9%),chicken(2 cases, 2.0%).Conclusions: 1. The most common kinds of allergen were dust mite/flour mite, house dust, fish, crab, shrimp and egg white/egg yolk in allergic skin diseases in Hunan province.2. There may be no significant differences in season, gender, age and allergic skin diseases for various kinds of allergen.
