Background:Preeclampsia is a pregnancy-specific diseases that is characteristic of hypertension and proteinuria after 20 weeks of pregnancy. It is a major threat to maternal and fetal health. It is also a major cause of maternal mortality. With regard to the incidence of pre-eclampsia,there are many reports from various parts of the world, and the differences are also great. There is also a big difference in the incidence rates between provinces and cities in China. For developing countries, the incidence rate is 1.8%to 16.7%[1].Research on the pathogenesis of preeclampsia continues to this day.Currently, the considered mechanisms are:placental ischemia and hypoxia, genetic mechanisms, imbalance of vasoactive substances, imbalance of immune tolerance, etc.,but the switch to initiate its onset is still unknown[2].It is believed that pregnancy is a controlled inflammatory state.Excessive systemic inflammatory response is the pathological basis of clinical manifestations of PE,but the cause of this inflammatory difference in normal pregnancy and PE has not been completely clarified[3][4].In addition, due to its adverse effects on pregnant women and fetuses, research on predictors of preeclampsia has become a hot spot for recent research by scholars, with a view to finding breakthroughs in PE to reduce the incidence of PE and improve the maternal and fetal Prognosis.Purpose:Our goal is to assess the changes in NLR,PLR,RDW,MPV,and PCT in preeclampsia and its association with proteinuria and blood pressure, and to explore its clinical value in predicting PE and its severity.Method:A total of 164 maternal women were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March2016 to March 2018.They were divided into three groups:normal pregnant women as controls?n=53?,mild preeclampsia women as MPE Group?n=33?,severe preeclampsia women as SPE group?n=78?.The basic information on hospital admission and blood routine indicators?calculated NLR,PLR?were collected. The differences in NLR,PLR,RDW,MPV,and PCT among the three groups of maternal women were compared, and the correlation between the above indicators and clinical symptoms was compared.Result:1.There were significant differences in pregnancy, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, urinary protein,24-hour urinary protein, albumin, and neonatal weight among the three groups of pregnant women?<0.05?,and with the increase of PE,pregnancy, albumin, and birth The weight of children showed a downward trend;the remaining indicators increased.2.The platelet?PLT?,mean platelet volume?MPV?and platelet pressure?PCT?were significantly different among the three groups of pregnant women?P<0.05?;the control group:MPE:SPE,PLT,PLR,and PCT were decreased in turn;MPV is on the rise.3.The ROC subject's work characteristic curve is used to analyze the value of the target marker to predict PE.The area under the ROC curve for PLR,MPV,and PCT were 0.625,0.655,and 0.836,respectively,and the P value was less than 0.05,indicating that all three could predict the occurrence of PE,and the best predictive value among the three was PCT.4.There was no correlation between PLR,MPV,PCT and the above clinical indicators in the correlation analysis between systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, urinary protein and 24-hour urine protein in MPE group?P>0.05?.In SPE group,PLR,There was no significant correlation between MPV,PCT and blood pressure and urinary protein?P>0.05?,indicating that the severity of PE was unpredictable.Conclusion:1.There was no significant difference in NLR and RDW among the three groups of pregnant women, indicating no predictive PE value;2.Combining the area under the ROC curve of PLR,MPV,PCT,all three can predict PE,and PCT predicts the best value of PE;3.There were no significant correlations between the clinical indicators of PLR,MPV,PCT and severity of response to PE.None of them had any value in predicting the severity of PE.
