Study On Techniques Of Terahertz Spectral Analysis And Identification Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Terahertz is an electromagnetic wave with a frequency of 0.1 THz-10 THz and is a very rich resource.With the breakthrough of a series of technologies in the last century,especially the improvement of detection technologies,it was succesfully applied in varity fileds.Compared with other bands,the electromagnetic response of terahertz is obvious,and some molecular vibrations fall in this band,which is suitable for the detection of biological samples.Traditional Chinese medicine originates from the long-term accumulation of experience and practice of the Chinese nation,it also has application beyond this nation.Clinically,traditional Chinese medicines have very complex components.These characteristics lead to the unpredictability of the quality of its medicinal materials,and are not accepted widely.In terms of practical experience,Chinese medicine has played a useful role,but in pharmacology,it is difficult to obtain an explanation because it is difficult to establish a valide quality control method.The quality control of Chinese medicinal materials includes analysis of origin,species,specifications,processing,and composition.This paper solved the problem and obtained the following research results:(1)In the aspect of experimental method,we take the Angelicae Dahuricae Radix as a case,proposed an experimental method based on the projection method and this method is efficient.(2)In the aspect of analytical method,we take the Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort and the Notopterygium incisum Ting ex.T.Chang as a case,we aquied a method to analysis the origin,species,and specifications of those medicine.this method is base on autoencoder and clustering method,in this case we also disscused the correlate experimental method.(3)In the aspect of components analysis.we take the sulfur fumigation of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix as a case,and have established a method for quantitatively identifying the components in the Traditional Chinese medicine.The result shows terahertz can be efficientlly used to identify this problem.In addition,we proposed a method to quantitatively identifying the components by the extractions.(4)By experiment,we established a database of those medicine,which is helpfulfor later reserchers.
