ObjectiveTo observe the effects of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR)and androgen receptor(AR)in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC),thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter and thyroid tissue adjacent to carcinoma in the expression and their relationship;To understand the expression of ER,PR and AR in thyroid papillary carcinoma;To further study the mechanism of ER,PR and AR for thyroid papillary carcinoma.MethodsUsing the Envision two-step immunohistochemical detection,HE staining and observed its positive indicators.The positive and negative controls were set for positive and negative,with PBS instead of a negative control.The two pathologists were double-blind to observe the diagnosis.The criteria for ER,PR,AR results were determined:the cell nucleus was located in the nucleus,and the brown yellow granules were found to be positive cells in the nucleus.Five random observation vision(200),should include each slice of up,down,left,right,and in the five high power field of vision,each view to select 100 cells,calculate each section ratio of positive cells,counting the proportion of positive cells,ER,PR,AR positive results as a level 4:positive expression of<10%were negative,10%-25%negative,26%to50%for weakly positive(+),51-75%for moderate positive(++),>75%were strong positive,(+++);(+)and positive expression for the above.Finally,SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis and statistical processing of the data,and the counting data was expressed as percentage,and the comparison between groups was X~2.P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results:1.The positive expression rate of ER,PR and AR in PTC group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was also significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of ER,PR and AR in PTC group was 26.1%,61.1%and 71.7%respectively.The positive expression rate of PR in PTC group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression of ER and AR in PTC group was higher than that in the control group,and was lower than the adjacent tissue group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The positive expression rate of ER in the PTC group was higher than that in the45-year-old group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P BBB 0 0.05).The positive expression rate of PR in<45 years of age was significantly higher than that of 45years,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of PR in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that of thyroid adenoma,nodular goiter group,and cancer adjacent tissue group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of AR in the group was higher than that in the 45-year-old group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.0.05).3.The positive expression rate of ER in women was slightly higher than that of male,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The positive expression of PR in PTC was closely related to gender,and the positive expression rate in women was significantly higher than that in male,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of AR in males was higher than that of female,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.0.05).4.The expression of ER,PR and AR in the adjacent tissues of cancer was not correlated with age,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.0.05).Conclusions:The estrogen receptor,androgen receptor and progesterone receptor in thyroid papillary carcinoma have a certain proportion of positive expression rate.The positive expression rate of the three receptors,the highest progesterone receptor,the estrogen receptor,the lowest male hormone receptor;Progesterone receptor in women,under the age of 45 patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma expression rate is higher in the organization,and also has certain proportion in the thyroid tissue adjacent to carcinoma of estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor,androgen receptors.
