Objective: To investigate the correlation between stable angina pectoris and unstable angina pectoris and homocysteine. Methods: 108 cases of angina pectoris in our hospital during January 2014 to August 2015 were selected.Among them,54 cases were stable angina and the others were unstable angina. Both of them were all angina pectoris.Besides, another 50 cases in our hospital were also selected as a control group, which patients proved no angina pectoris after coronary angiography was taken to them. Then serum homocysteine(HCY)in the corresponding kit was taken to the above-mentioned three kinds of cases separately.Firstly, divide patients with angina pectoris into three groups, single lesion group, double lesions group and three lesions group, according to lesion index. Then correlation analysis of HCY was taken onto them.Secondly, divide patients with angina pectoris into another two groups, severe stenosis group and moderate stenosis group, according to stenosis degree. Then correlation analysis of HCY was also taken.Thirdly, divide all patients into different groups according to degree of coronary artery stenosis, and HCY correlation analysis was taken again.Lastly, analyse risk factors of serum HCY in different kinds of patients with angina pectoris.Results:(1)First,the serum HCY levels of the three groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).Second,the unstable angina group and the stable angina group were significantly higher than the control group.Third, unstable angina group was significantly higher than stable angina group.Last, the comparison between each two group was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)First,the HCY of the single lesion group, the double lesions group and the three lesions group were higher than the normal control group.Second, the HCY of the three lesions group and double lesions group were higher than the single lesion group.Third, the double lesions group was higher than the single lesion group(P <0.05).(3)The level of homocysteine in moderate stenosis group was significantly lower than that in severe stenosis group(P <0.05).(4)The degree of coronary artery lesion was positively correlated with HCY level. When the degree of coronary artery disease ? 50%,then judged to be coronary heart disease. Also, the correlation coefficient r was between 0.5 to 0.8,which is significantly related.(5)Univariate analysis showed that the risk factors leading to high levels of HCY in patients with angina pectoris included age, smoking, uric acid, unstable angina pectoris and family history of coronary heart disease.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR = 1.076,P <0.005),uric acid(OR = 1.016,P <0.05),smoking(OR = 4.180,P <0.005),unstable angina(OR = 2.321,P <0.005)were all independent risk factors leading to high HCY level in patients with angina pectoris. Conclusion: First, the level of HCY in patients with angina pectoris is significantly higher than that in healthy people, and the serum HCY level in patients with unstable angina pectoris is higher than that of stable angina pectoris.Second, there was a positive correlation between the degree of coronary artery lesion and serum HCY level in patients with angina pectoris.Third, age, uric acid, smoking, unstable angina pectoris and family history of coronary heart disease were all independent risk factors leading to HCY levels ?15?mol / L in patients with angina pectoris.Measures should be used in th light of the clinical factors mentioned above,to prevent angina pectoris and even unstable angina pectoris from happening.Last, the high HCY level can indicate the severity of angina in a certain range. And clinically,it can also be used as an important indicator to evaluating treatment effect.
