| Objective:To discuss the influence of jiaweihuanlianwendan decoction on Homocysteine(Hcy) and blood-lipid levels in the patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris(UAP)in Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)(Phlegm-heat Stasis type).Method:60 patients with UAP in CHD, according to the standard, were randomly divided into the treating group(30 patients) and control group(30 patients).The treating group was treated with western medicine and Jiaweihuanlianwendan decoction. The control group was only treated with western medicine. We observed the changes of the Hcy and blood-lipid levels between pre and post treatment and the clinical syndrome scores between pre and post treatment in the two groups. Both trials continued for 4 weeks.Results:1. Hcy:In treatment group, the Hcy content in serum are lower than in control group, there is significant difference between them(P<0.01).2. blood-lipid:In treatment group, the TG TC LDL-C contents in serum are lower than in control group, there is significant difference between them(P<0.01) and theHDL-C contents in serum are higher than in control group, there is significant difference between them(P<0.01).3. the total effective rate of angina pectoris syndrome:there is significant difference between the treatment group(86.67%) and the control group(60.00%)(P<0.05).4.the rate of reducing the nitroglycerne dosage:there is significant difference between the treatment group(83.33%) and the control group(60.00%) and is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The recipe of jiaweihuanlianwendan decoction can reduce the Hcy levels and improve lipid metabolism in the patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris in CHD(Phlegm-heat Stasis type).This approach has prompted jiaweihuanlianwendan decoction can improve lipid metabolism and Lower homocysteine levels.2.The recipe of jiaweihuanlianwendan decoction can relieve the syndrome of Unstable Angina Pectoris in CHD(Phlegm-heat Stasis type). |
