Effects Of Xiong Bipian On Homocysteine In Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type Unstable Angina Pectoris Patients

Objective:Observed Xiong Bipian on Unstable Angina Pectoris(UAP) TCM as phlegm and blood stasis type, and hight hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy),the clinical efficacy; evaluation taking Xiong Bipian serum Hcy concentrations, Chinese individual score and main symptoms measured ST segment ECG changes; of plasma Hcy concentrations in patients with UAP in south Fujian TCM as phlegm and blood stasis type and play the correlation between the efficacy of Possible targets for the prevention and treatment of unstable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease in Chinese medicine.Methods:The 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of the UAP (phlegm and blood stasis type) were randomly divided into control group,30 cases in each treatment group. Western conventional treatment in accordance with the control group; the treatment group were treated based on Xiong Bipian (4 tablets/time, three times daily) orally. After 4 weeks,the two groups before and after treatment by the clinical symptom score, observed changes in ECG were measured,levels of plasma Hcy concentration, the data were statistically processed and the associated clinical analysis and objective evaluation.Conclusion:1. After 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment group of diseases total effective was 86.7% in the control group clinical total effective rate was 63.3%,P<0.05.2. TCM symptoms treatment group total effective of 96.7% in the control group clinical total effective rate was 53.3%, P<0.01.3. ECG treatment group 90.0% of the total efficiency of the control group, total effective rate of ECG was only 63.3%, P<0.05.4. After treatment, plasma Hcy compared with the control group, P<0.01, statistically significant difference. The difference between the two groups before and after treatment compared Hcy, P<0.01.5.With the total score before and after treatment comparison, P<0.01; the treatment group, total score of symptoms compared with the control group, P<0.01; treatment group and control group difference in the total score before and after treatment in addition to chest tightness, cough, fatigue, tongue and pulse points difference of P<0.05, the integral over the difference between disease P<0.01.6. Correlation analysis showed that plasma Hcy concentration was positively related to TCM symptom score, r=0.683, plasma Hcy concentration after treatment with Chinese medicine symptom score also has a certain relevance in the treatment group r= 0.608, r= 0.449 in control group.Conclusion:1. The treatment group total effective rate of the disease, total effective TCM symptoms and ECG total effective to reduce plasma Hey concentration, clinical symptoms improved significantly on both points better than the control group.2. Plasma Hey concentration and symptom scores were positively related to traditional Chinese medicine, can be used as one of the UAP phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of microcosmic syndrome indicators.3. Xiong Bipian Apartments qi and yang, phlegm and blood stasis in one, through decreaseing plasma Hcy concentration to play in the unique effect of medical treatment.
