| Objective: This study investigated anxiety and depression scale with young and middle-aged patients who had implanted pacemaker more than 1 year,combined the patient’s general information,to discuss the psychological characteristics after pacemaker implantation and its related influencing factors,to improve the patients of postoperative quality of life to explore the effective methods.Methods: By the design scheme of the real world,66 cases of young and middle-aged patients were selected between January 2016 and December 2017 from Lanzhou university second hospital heart pacemaker follow-up outpatient,collected the patient’s general data,such as: age,gender,profession,educational level,marital status,the time of pacemaker implantation,health care methods.The SAS and SDS scale were evaluated on the day of visit,responsible for issuing,explain and back by the researcher personally,and calculate the standard score of SAS and SDS.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the standard score.Results: 1.young and middle-aged patients with pacemakers more than 1 year combined anxiety and depression that assessed by SAS and SDS scale,the incidence was 56.1% and 40.9%respectively.2.There was no statistically significant difference between SAS score and SDS score in terms of gender,profession,reimbursement of medical insurance,length of implantation time and cultural level(P > 0.05).SAS scores have significant differences in age,and have statistically significance(43.18±13.10 youth VS middle-aged group 51.80±11.04,P=0.025,P<0.05).3.Anxiety and depression are often positively correlated with young and middle-aged heart pacemakers.(R=0.589,P<0.01)4.Early retirement is a risk factor for depression in young and middle-aged pacemakers(OR=0.122,95%CI=0.16-0.925,β=-2.104,P=0.042,P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Young and middle-aged patients with pacemaker implanted for more than 1year still had a high anxiety and depression,we should pay attention to the psychological problems of these groups in clinical follow-up.2.Middle aged patients with pacemaker is prone to anxietydisorders,and divorced and widowed patients with pacemaker is prone to depression,the widowed patients have more severe symptoms.3.Anxiety and depression showed a comorbidity that affected the mental health of young and middle-aged pacemakers within 1 year after surgery.4.Early retirement can increase the incidence of depression in middle-aged pacemaker. |
