Objective : By investigating the clinicopathological data of 205 patients with colorectal cancer, the relationship between different sites was analyzed, and the expression of four mismatch repair proteins was recorded by immunohistochemical method, which indirectly reflected the expression of microsatellite. To compare the differences between different tissues and provide a new direction for clinical practice. Methods:Patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed clinically and pathologically from March 2015 to November 2017 in the Department of Pathology, affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University, were divided into three groups: proximal colon cancer, distal colon cancer and rectal cancer. The deletion of h MLH1 h MSH2h PMS2 h MSH6 protein was recorded by immunohistochemistry, and the differences among different clinical data were compared.Results:1,Among 205 patients with colorectal cancer,84 cases were proximal colon group,97 distal colon group,24 rectum group,126 males and 79 females. The difference is statistically significant..2,In 205 patients with colorectal cancer, the age distribution was similar, and the peak age of colon cancer was larger than that of rectal cancer.3,In 205 patients with colorectal cancer, most of them were differentiated in the differentiation degree, and the low differentiation was found in the proximal colon, the most in the proximal colon, the most in the proximal colon, the more in the distal colon and rectum, the more in the distal colon and rectum, the more in the distal colon and rectum, the more in the distal colon and rectum. The difference is statistically significant.4,In grading, all three groups accounted for a larger proportion of stage IIIII,but rectal cancer accounted for more stage I than colon cancer.5,For mismatch repair proteins, the deletion rate of MLH1 was 15 / 205,respectively.The deletion rate of MSH2 is 9 / 205,the deletion rate of MSH6 is 6 / 205,the deletion rate of PMS2 is 12 / 205,the total deletion rate is 42/205.Conclusion:1,This study shows that all parts of colorectal cancer are more male than female, male patients are more common in distal colon group, female patients are more common in proximal colon group, proximal end of colorectal cancer is seen in low differentiation, stage is late, most of them are protuberant.Distal and rectum are more commonly seen in highly differentiated, ulcer type.2,Loss of expression of four mismatch repair proteins was related to location, differentiation, tumor type, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, but not to distant metastasis. The deletion rate of h MLH1 h PMS2h MSH2 h MSH6h MLH1 protein was related to the location of the disease and the degree of differentiation, which was mainly found in the right hemicolon and the poorly differentiated group, but not related to sex, morphology and degree of invasion. The degree of differentiation was related to the degree of differentiation, most of them were found in the right hemicolon, low differentiation, and the loss of h MSH2 expression in the extraserous membrane was only associated with the location of the disease. The loss of h MSH6 expression was related to the location and morphology of h MSH6,but not to other sex, differentiation, lymph node metastasis and invasion.
