Purpose : Malignant breast tumors now seem to have become the world's most commonly recognized female malignant tumor. In many cities in our country,it has quietly ranked first in the incidence of malignant tumors in women.A large number of scientific studies have shown that Bcl-2 gene polymorphism and breast cancer incidence was significantly related to this study to explore B-cell lymphoma / leukemia-2 gene C(-938)A polymorphism and the Qinghai Hui Breast cancer patients with clinical biological indicators of the relationship for clinical treatment to provide more theoretical basis. Methods:In this study,PCR-RFLP was used to detect the C(-938)A polymorphism(AA,AC,CC genotypes)of Bcl-2 and the distribution of genotype frequency in 90 cases of Hui nationality breast cancer in Qinghai from January 2014 to January 2018.And clinical and biological indicators(tumor diameter, pathological type, clinical stage, tumor type, histological grade and the number of axillary lymph node metastasis, estrogen and progesterone receptor(ER,PR),(HER2)).Results:In our study of 90 specimens,we found that the number of AA genotypes in the wild type was relatively low and there was no way to conduct an independent analysis that would have an impact on the results,so the AA and CC genotypes were pooled and analyzed.1.The genotypes of CA and AA + CC were 40%,60% and 55%,45% in tumors ?2cm and >2cm,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.18).2.The CA and AA + CC types in invasive ductal carcinoma and other pathological types were 48.1%,51.9% and 66.7%,33.3% respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.29).3.In clinical TNM staging,CA in the I,II and III were 28.5%,58.8%,50% and AA + CC genotype were 71.5%,71.5% and 71.5%,the comparison of differences between the two groups(P=0.06)show that there is no statistical significance.4.In the Luminal A,LuminalB,triple negative and HER2 positive breast cancer,CA and AA + CC types were 71.4% 45.5%,20%,42.9% and 28.6%,54.5%,80% and 57.1%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P =0.21)5.In histological grade, the CA model in the class I,II and III are 66.7%,52.2% and 66.7% respectively,AA + CC type in class I,II and III are 33.3%,47.6% and 33.3% respectively,in the comparison between the two groups,it is concluded that the difference does not have statistical significance(P = 0.21 > 0.05).6.The differences between CA and AA+CC were 47.1%,66.7%,42.9% and 52.9%,33.3% and 57.1%,respectively,in the nonlymph node metastasis,1-3 metastasis,or greater than 4 metastases, and P=0.27,no statistically significant difference between the two groups.7.The positive expressions of ER,PR and Her2 in CA and AA + CC were 56.5%,55%,42.9% and 43.5%,45% and 57.1% respectively. In ER,PR,Her2 protein negative expression of 33.3%,40%,52.2% and 66.7%,60%,47.8%.There was no significant difference in the distribution of CA,AA + CC among the distributions of ER,PR and Her-2(P = 0.06,P = 0.18,P = 0.46).Conclusions:There was no correlation between the C(-938)A polymorphism of Bcl-2 gene and the clinical biological parameters(tumor diameter, pathological type, clinical stage, molecular typing, histological grade, axillary lymph node metastasis number, estrogen receptor(ER)status, progesterone receptor(PR),HER2)of Hui women in Qinghai.
