Engineering practice is the most basic practical activity in human society, issues of engineering ethics are the sum of the moral problems in engineering practice. With the rapid development of construction projects in our country, especially large projects rise ceaselessly, problems of engineering ethic have emerged. Recently, the accident of engineering appears frequently, such as: Bridge collapses, tunnel collapse, wall of buildings is out of shape and so on. Nationwide accident “7?23” occurred in Wenzhou, forced the public began to focus on ethic engineering not only on theoretical but also practical problems.This article basis on the engineering of ethic, discuss the basic problem of engineering ethics and the ethical responsibility of engineers. Through the real and specific problems showing up in “7·23” Wenzhou high-speed railway accident, we analyze and summarize the existing problems of the engineering industry, point out the engineering ethic dilemma exhibited by the accident, Such as: Engineers' responsibility for the plight, the lack of public trust, and dilemma of engineering ethics education. The author put forward the corresponding solutions to provide the way to solve these ethical dilemmas. This paper aims at trying to find a balance in engineering technology and ethics, so that we can seek better sustainable development in the different historical conditions and social conditions.The thesis is divided into four chapters: firstly it sketches out the introduction, mainly introduces the background of the topic, the impact of “7?23” Wenzhou high-speed railway accident, and then briefly describes research status and significance of engineering ethics, including the purpose and methods of this article. The second section outlines the basic theory of engineering ethics, and then explores vocational, environmental and social responsibility of engineers and ethics principle, for instance: "people-oriented", "safe", "love nature" and other codes of ethics.The third part bases on the theory of engineering ethics which analysis the ethical dilemma of “7?23”high-speed railway accident occurred in Wenzhou. In the end, from advocacy of public participation, technical assessment, enhanced engineering ethics education and perfect the system of engineering ethics construction three aspects put forward countermeasures to the above ethical dilemmas.
