With the rapid development of information technology of Internet, the human race has entered a new era of information networks. Nowadays valuable information resource is optimized and integrated and people can more easily access the information resources they need through the network platform. However, there also exists some challenges for us, such as the "explosive" growth of information, various kinds of network resources, and more dependency on network information etc. It is well known that Education Masters who need enough teaching practice in two years are a very important sources of the future teachers who must have a high quality of teaching skill. So the aim of this study is, under the background of Internet which bring us lots of opportunities and challenges, what's the learning situation of English Education Masters that can indirectly reflect the current situation of cultivation of English Education Masters and how to take full advantage of "Internet + education" to improve the cultivation of Education Masters.The respondents of this study are 145 English Education Masters who come from three normal universities in Shandong Province. After searching and reading lots of literature, the author uses the questionnaire, based on behavioral learning theory, constructive learning theory and humanism learning theory, to comprehensively survey the learning situation of English Education Masters from three dimensions, that is, individual features including learning motivation and purpose, learning attitude and learning strategy; environment factors including curriculum, learning participants and network resources; and learning experience degrees affected both by individual features and environment factors. Through the analysis of questionnaire data, the study concludes that English Education Master have high learning motivation and hold a more positive attitude, but they are not very satisfied with their current learning state due to both internal and external factors, such as their autonomous learning ability, the clarity and adherence of their goals, the curriculum and the timely and effective guidance of teachers etc. Then through interview investigation, from the following aspects, such as, target monitoring in learning strategies, teacher-student interaction in learning participants and the correlation among curriculum, network resources and learning experience degrees etc., the study obtains that it is very important for teachers to effectively guide learners in time and it is very necessary to optimize the curriculum structure of theory course and practice course which can give English Education Masters more opportunities to combine theory with practice and improve their education and teaching ability. Therefore combining the analysis of the study data, it draws the following current status of English Education Master Training from the perspective of English Education Masters. Firstly, it is diversified for English Education Master to gain knowledge; Secondly, English Education Masters have various learning needs but they have lower learning experience degrees; Thirdly, it's not very satisfactory of teachers' feedback and teacher-student interaction; Finally, the curriculum structure is improper which focused more on the theory course.MOOC is the innovative application of information technology in the education field. So the study innovates and improves English Education Master Training by combining MOOC from the following aspects. Firstly, it innovates and integrates the traditional classroom model; secondly, it subversively extends and innovates the teaching and learning model in traditional classroom; and finally, it optimizes and upgrades the curriculum of English Education Master Training.Anyway, through this study, we can have a more comprehensive understanding of the learning situation of English Education Masters under the background of Internet. This study can help learners to understand their learning situation, improve their learning model and inspire their interest; it can associate teachers improve their teaching quality and form the new type of the teacher-student interaction; it also can optimize the curriculum to provide more chances for learners to practice their educating and teaching skills. All in all, the author hopes to provide a new perspective to innovate and improve the Education Master Training.
