Art, along with its unique features, plays an irreplaceable role in the developmentof human society. With the arrival of the time of educational popularization, people’sdemand on the spiritual domain reaches to a more profound understanding level,especially in the arts, more and more people are willing to take the initiative to learnabout art, explore the mystery of art. The level of demand of art continues to deepen,the arrival of the age of artistically popularization just around the corner. Thepopularity of art needs education as a mean. In the system of art education activities,we will continue to improve the self-cultivation;enlighten thinking, expand thecognitive areas of people;thereby receives a develop of human in an all-round way.Normal colleges play a vital role in this process. The quality of educators of normalcolleges directly affects the overall level of art development in society. However, inthe actual division of the high artistic talent-training pattern, there are problems suchas training capacity, supply and demand situation and the link of education. Thisarticle takes the normal college artistic talent training mode as the base point; byinterpreting and researching of artistic talent training mode and the related policycombine with the actual situation, proposed normal colleges’ artistic talents trainingmode in a full view. This article will assist the artistic talents transform from studentsto educators, arouse those artistic talents maximizing their potential in the society, andprovide some reference to similar study and practice in the future.
