Research On The Present Situation,Problems And Strategies Of The Master Geography Education In Normal University

With the development of modern education,the level of teacher specialization has become increasingly high,which has led many teachers to choose to pursue a master's degree to improve their professional level.Geography is not exceptional also,more and more undergraduates choose to continue to graduate school to improve their own competitiveness,then worked as an intern in the master's education in the education of subject teaching in geography education has an important status in the growth of the students,it is one of the most important aspects of the cognitive intern development,is to make the students' ability to convert geographical knowledge into process,is an important approach to improve the students' ability of teaching practice.But the reality is no matter from the master of education in geography education practice around,or through the literature research to understand,now the geography education in our country higher education practice has some problems,this paper takes this as a starting point,to explore the status of education,master of education in geography practice to find out the problems,and actively seek solution.This study through interview and observation method,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics methods to grade 2016 of FuJian normal university geography discipline teaching master's graduate students and their related teachers to investigate,find the current master of geography education internship has many problems:the internship before the various aspects to inadequate preparation,lack of effective guidance in the internship,students' autonomy is insufficient,lack of follow-up after the practice guidance and practice,etc.In order to optimize the education internship for master of geography,we should recognize the importance of education internship and prepare for it.During the internship,interns should participate actively and actively in education practice,and the teachers should strengthen guidance and supervision.Finally,feedback and follow-up practice should be strengthened to improve the effectiveness of the practice.At the same time,colleges and universities should reflect and reform the training of the master of geographical education,improve the students' professional thinking,optimize the curriculum of geography curriculum,and enhance the cultivation of professional master's teachers.
