The Problem Of Imagination

The Western metaphysics began in Plato's "theory of ideas", by Aristotle. Since the visual centered in the presence of the philosophical origin has been established,it has been made the problem of "existence" has been sheltering and understood as"present existence" . Therefore, the history of Western metaphysics is also the history of "existence forgetting". Based on its perplexity and the misunderstanding from people, the subjectivity of metaphysics tends to become more distinct , and even result to lay its foundation on the thesis of "I think". At the same time,based on characteristics of visual and presence,the homogeneous of metaphysics must rely on the shape from the subject of "I think". In "being and time", according to Heidegger,"I think" is interpreted as the structure of the current time,and is grasped as existing up the presence in the way of uncovering appearance��construction activity of imagination.In ancient Greece, imagination is the source of skill and its practical operation��the ability of poet to proceed the "production"activities,to imitate and reproduce the beings. And in the Kant book,Heidegger's inspect the"imagination"in the background of the transcendental idealism.As an ability of "intermediation",imagination shoulders the responsibility to contact the subject and the object, and works in "let......objectification"; but, the object of the structure force shape function,it must through the time horizon domain of imagination and free imaging in certain rules. Therefore, the imagination is the middle point and the key point of the metaphysical activity; it is the more original decision to the character and direction of metaphysics,being the true meaning of the person's soul "secret art".However,as the truth is understood as the persistent existence of the presence and the disguised presence of the camouflage,people have completely misunderstood the no -cover; it is no longer the object of the no- cover, but only as a kind of persistent object related to human beings. Man is no longer the keeper of truth, but the collection of truth, that is to say, to let the disguise of the no-cover to hold up. Thus, no-cover becomes the cover itself, loses the possibility of no-cover,in which man loses the object and becomes the creator of existence,even being the production of creator themselves in the last. In this process, the skills have gradually degenerated to technology��as well as the imagination, also losing its freedom as the structure shape into a rigid mechanized"custom force."��to the ground that the misunderstanding to the existence.What's more,this article will attempt to explain the role of imagination in the homogeneous activity of metaphysics,and reveal the nature of its transcendence and making.Following the exploration of imagination, the homogenous activity of metaphysics have been pushed forward as the foundation of metaphysics activities:questioning the existing of existence. Based on the explicit and implicit duality, we will see that the foundation of metaphysics itself appears as a"nothing".
