Bai Xianyong is a Chinese writer living in America who represents "the international students literature",known as the "standard bearer of the modern novel in Taiwan". Nieh-Tzu (Crystal Boys) is Bai Xianyong's only long novel, tells the story of the gay boys wandering in Taipei New Park ,living under their fathers'exile, reduced as prostitutes, and constantly looking for spiritual home. There are extensive uses of corporeal narrative in Nieh-Tzu, including descriptions of the gay teenagers'bodies, the bodies exiled by their fathers, the bodies trading for money. Nieh-Tzu is different from the ancient Chinese Homosexual Novels, different in western novels on homosexuality, but has its own uniqueness, this article will use corporeal narratology to explore the distinctiveness of Nieh-Tzu. Using the body touch as the breakthrough point, this article will analyze the body sensations of touch and pain?hands?sex and compensation in Nieh-Tzu, as well as the fathers and sons'bodies in pain, then explore how the characters treat the physical pain, and try to find a solution to fix the fathers and sons' relationship difficulties.The introduction part introduced the research status of Bai Xianyong's novels, as well as the breakthrough point of this thesis.The first chapter introduced the corporeal narratology, starting from the body touch in Nieh-Tzu, analyzed the hands and sex and compensation in the novel.Fathers and sons'relationship disharmony caused physical pain, but pain in the body and not through physical contact to complete remission, the bodies are still in pain.The second chapter focused on the relationship between fathers and sons, the pain of fathers and sons, and the dilemma of father and son's relationship.Fathers can't understand their sons, sons are difficult to face their fathers, there is no way to ease the pain of fathers" bodies. because gay sons are the reason why fathers in pain.The third chapter analyzed how fathers and sons try to ease the pain in their bodies, and how they dealt with the regained feelings, discussed their ways to save themselves, then combined with individual psychology to find possible solutions to the plight of father and son's relationship.The conclusion summarized the artistic characteristics of Bai Xianyong's good at expressing the pain of people.The research on the corporeal narrative of Nieh-Tzu makes us see Bai Xianyong's expressions in pain in Nieh-Tzu much more clearly:the pain of being exiled from their homes with barefoot, the pain of falling into quicksand, the pain of being devoured, the pain of hunger, the pain of having a deviate son,the pain of being rejected by their fathers, the pain of can not finding a way to solve the father and son's relationship difficulties... The characters in pain in Nieh-Tzu revealed the oppression to body in the social life, screamed the longing to alleviate the pain. The research angle of corporeal narrative allows us to see the pain in Nieh-Tzu more clearly, shows us a variety of pain.
