Aggressive behavior has been one of the hotpots in psychological research, it has a serious negative impact for the physical and psychological health of adolescents. In recent years, the occurrence of many incidents of school violence has caused widespread concern in society. Scrutinizing the violent behavior of college students and its associated malignant events, are closely related to their living conditions and upbringing. Researchers found that interparental conflict has a significant predictive effect on children's aggressive behavior. Interparental conflict can not only affect children's aggressive behavior directly, but also destroy the parent-child attachment, to affect aggressive behavior. In addition, studies have found that, emotional factors play an important role on the relationship between interparental conflict and children's behavior. Lack of emotional security can predict children's psychological problems. Given our current situation, mother is the primary caregiver of children, and have more communications and interactions with children. In addition, previous studies have shown that the degree of mother-child attachment are closely linked with children's aggressive behavior. Therefore, this study intends to investigate the relationship between interparental conflict and college students' aggressive behavior, and further explore the mediating role of mother-child attachment and emotional insecurity between interparental conflict and aggressive behavior of college students.This study was designed to take cross-sectional study, 560 college students were selected as participants. This study was assessed with the Childen's Perception of Interparental Conflict scale(CPIC), Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment(IPPA), Security in the Interparental Subsystem Scale(SIS Scale), and Aggression Questionnaire(AQ). This study used analysis of independent samples t test, correlation analysis and structural equation models to test the relationship among interparental conflict, mother-child attachment, emotional insecurity and aggressive behavior of college students. The main conclusions are as follows :(1)There were no significant gender differences in aggressive behavior and hostility, boys' physical aggression was significantly higher than girls', but girls' verbal aggression and anger was significantly higher than boys'.(2)There was significant positive correlation between interparental conflict and aggressive behavior?emotional security. There was significant negative correlation between mother-child attachment and aggressive behavior?interparental conflict.(3)College students' interparental conflict, mother-child attachment, emotional security can predict their aggression level.(4)Interparental conflict not only directly influence college students' aggressive behavior, but also by influence mother-child attachment and emotional security to influence their aggressive behavior.
