Middle school is a critical period for individual development.In this period,individual self-esteem is highly developed.A series of unbalanced development of mental development can easily lead to a series of mental adaptation problems of individuals.A large number of studies have also revealed that most children experience parental conflict,which can also lead to the psychological adaptation of the children.A large number of studies have also revealed that most children experience interparental conflict,which can also lead to the mental adaptation of the children.Researchers have put forward some theories to explain the reasons why interparental conflict affects their children,but few studies have been done on the combination of emotional security theory and family system theory.This study by reading a lot of literatures,the emotional insecurity and Parent-Adolescent Cohesion two variables influence into the conflict between parents on children's mental adaptation,further explain the causes and mechanism of conflict between parents affect children,to provide reference for the prevention and intervention of interparental conflict and reduce the impact of conflict on children's parents.A total of two junior high schools and a high school in Puyang,Henan Province,840 people were selected by cluster random sampling.600 effective questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 71.4%.Children's Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale(CPIC),Family Adaption and Cohesion Evaluation Scales(FACES),security in the interparental subsystem scales(SIS),Strengths and Difficulties Questionnair(SDQ)to check the level of conflict between parents of middle school students,the level of Parent-Adolescent Cohesion,emotional insecurity and the situation of middle students mental adaptation.And using SPSS22.0 and MPLUS7.0 to carry out statistical analysis of data,the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.The results of the study show that:(1)Children's Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale(CPIC),Family Adaption and Cohesion Evaluation Scales(FACES),security in the interparental subsystem scales(SIS),Strengths and Difficulties Questionnair(SDQ)has good reliability and validity and is suitable for this study.(2)There is a significant difference between Interparental conflict in grade,that is,the degree of Interparental conflict perceived by the high school students is higher than that of the parents perceived by the junior high school students.(3)The emotional insecurity of middle school students was significantly different in grade and family location and family monthly income.(4)Tthe mental adaptation problem of middle school students was significant in gender and grade.(5)There is a significant difference in the degree of father-adolescent cohesion between grade and family income.(6)There was a significant positive correlation between interparental conflict,emotional insecurity and mental adaptation,and parent-adolescent cohesion was positively correlated with emotional insecurity.(7)The degree of middle school students' interparental conflict can predict the mental adaptation problem of middle school students(8)The mediating effect between interparental conflict,emotional insecurity and mental adaptation of middle school students fit well,indicating that emotional insecurity plays a mediating role in the interparental conflict and mental adaptation of middle school students.(9)Mother-adolescent cohesion moderate the first half of the mediated effect between the interparental conflict,emotional insecurity and mental adaptation,and the moderated mediation model fits well.father-adolescent cohesion does not play a moderate role in the mediating effect between interparental conflict,emotional insecurity and mental adaptation.
