| The purpose of this study will explore the cognitive neural activities of spatial information processing of different types of reasoning conditions in one-dimensional and two-dimensional space, respectively, through ERP technical visit. Therefore, this study is divided into two experiments of one-dimensional and two-dimensional spatial reasoning EEG studies. In Experiment1,Purposes: In order to investigate whether the processing of kinds of order conditions of premises in one-dimensional space may provide significant differences in neural activity. Methods: By recording the event related potentials of three kinds of spatial reasoning conditions of minor premise and conclusion, the neural mechanisms of one-dimensional spatial reasoning will be studied by using one-dimensional spatial transitive reasoning task through ERP technology visit. Results: In the reasoning integration phase, order reasoning condition,as well as reverse reasoning conditions, triggers significant larger P200 amplitude than uncertain reasoning condition. Moreover, uncertain reasoning condition elicits significant larger P600 amplitude than the rest of two kinds of spatial reasoning conditions. In the decision making phase, uncertain reasoning condition evokes significant larger LPC amplitude than order reasoning condition and reverse reasoning condition, respectively. In Experiment2,Purposes: In order to explore whether the processing of kinds of order conditions of premises and the memory task in two-dimensional space may provide significant differences in neural activity. Methods: By recording the event related potentials of three kinds of spatial reasoning conditions of minor premise and conclusion and the memory task, the neural mechanisms of two-dimensional spatial reasoning will be illustrated by using two-dimensional spatial transitive reasoning task through ERP technology visit. Results: In the reasoning integration phase, memory condition,as well as order reasoning condition, evokes significant larger P200 amplitude than reverse reasoning condition and uncertain reasoning. Also, the memory condition triggers the CNV component, which the amplitude is significant larger than the reasoning conditions.Otherwise,P600 amplitude is significant larger, triggered by uncertain reasoning condition in the right brain hemisphere. In the decision making phase, both order reasoning condition and reverse reasoning condition generate significant larger P3 b amplitude than uncertain reasoning condition and memory condition. In addition, reverse reasoning condition evokes significant larger P3 b amplitude than order reasoning. |
