Take Wechat and Microblog continually update for example, cultural development with more times and advances, to form the current development of micro-culture in contemporary society. Exploring the development of micro-culture from all aspects such as theory and practice is to help socialist cultural construction from content, form and so on, which can enhance national cultural soft power and national strength, competitiveness of our country.The author takes micro-culture time's characteristics in contemporary society as the background, on this basis, and takes micro-culture influences to the development of China's characteristics socialist culture as the main line, which will make specific and depth research that involve in universities, enterprises, Party and government organs, people's production and life. Again, it is no doubt that the development of micro-culture to people's lives has a positive impact, however it also generated a lot of negative influences,such as college students 'micro-cultural analysis awareness is weak,which lead to have some act's bias and confusion; the development of enterprise's micro-culture tends to material gain; there are many loopholes in government agencies; the masses of people adversely affected by the harmful micro-culture environment, etc, all these seriously hindered the pace of China's characteristics socialist cultural construction. Finally, to solve these problems of development, I think deeply and learn some lessons, then sum up general ideas and specific measures to promote micro-culture development.
