Since the Third Plenary Session of Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, according to the situation at home and abroad and the change of our cultural development, Communist Party of China insisted to combine Marxist cultural theory with contemporary Chinese basic national conditions and cultural construction, which based on Chinese basic national conditions and practices of cultural construction in the modern time. The cultural construction of our country have been explored valuably and the development of Chinese cultural strategies have been enrich and developed, which have promoted prosperous progress of our socialist culture and provide a correct direction for realizing the goal of socialist powerful cultural country. This thesis takes the Communist Party of China cultural development strategies as research target.
