Mood exists in every aspect in people's lives, just as a man's shadow, whether you work or rest, it's always with people was like peas and carrots.You may feel impatient and hate, but have you ever wondered, if one day you don't have any mood to live in this world, that will be more terrible, feel happy, excited, and even occasionally miss little sad.Actually we are bored, manic just because there is no good regulating emotions.Learn in different environments appropriate adjust the mood of the self, can not only improve our self-confidence, will also be able to better enjoy life.This with bandura(1986) said the connotation of emotion regulation self-efficacy essence is consistent.In fact the most direct impact on the individual emotional experience of the mental health level and how to effectively improve the individual emotions, in the final analysis to understand the influencing factors of emotion regulation self-confidence.Based on existing research literature about the emotional self-efficacy to comb,found in recent years about the emotional self-efficacy research mostly focused on the structure model, the related psychological variables and the preparation of scale, for an empirical study on influencing factors is not too much.Inspired by Dr Tian Xueying doctoral dissertation research, selecting the others evaluation and cognitive style of these two independent variables, to explore whether have an impact on individual emotion regulation of self-efficacy.The results show that:(1) high feedback level, low level of feedback, the feedback level, the field independence and field dependence subjects of self-efficacy level of overall regulation(RESE) have significant difference;Field independence subjects under three different level of feedback, there were no significant differences of RESE but dependence subjects under three different feedback level RESE significant difference.(2) under the action of the high level of feedback, low level of feedback, the regulation of field independence and field dependence subjects pain/depression level of self-efficacy(DES) have significant difference, and no feedback level, the difference was not significant;Field independence subjects under three different feedback level is significant difference of DES, field dependence subjects.(3) under the action of the high level of feedback, low level of feedback, the regulation of field independence and field dependence subjects were angry/anger self-efficacy(ANG) have significant difference, and no feedback level, the differencewas not significant;Field independence subjects under three different feedback level ANG significant difference, the field dependence subjects as well.Others evaluation, therefore, emotion regulation of individual self-efficacy has a certain impact, but the premise is to consider the cognitive style variables.
