Emotion regulations self-efficacy is the individual’s emotional state can effectively regulate theirown level of confidence. It is a hot issues that about emotion regulation at home and abroad. Interpersonalproblems of the college students is also the focus of attention. The study has confirmed that person whohave the high emotion regulation self-efficacy can effectively cope with stress and improve the quality ofinterpersonal relationships. There are important regulatory role for Pro-social behavior.Emotion Regulation Self-efficacy Scale, Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,Interpersonal Diagnostic Scale for college students were used in this study in order to explore the feature ofthe college students’ emotion regulation self-efficacy and cognitive emotion regulation, the influence torelationships, mechanism of cognitive emotion regulation between emotion regulation self-efficacy andrelationships. The results show that:(1)profession, grade, one child or not, residence prominently exert influence on degree of RESin one or multi-dimensions.(2) profession, grade, one child or not prominently exert influence on degree of CERQ in one ormulti-dimensions.(3)college student emotion regulations self-efficacy, cognitive emotion regulation, interpersonalrelationship is significant correlation with each other.(4) cognitive emotion regulation plays an partial intermediary role between emotion regulationsself-efficacy and interpersonal relationship.
