At present, the cultural industry as a sunrise industry of 21 st century in the global scope rapid development, and become the pillar industry in many countries more and more important role in the economic development of all countries. Cultural strength and competitiveness is the important symbol of country rich and strong nation. Ethnic areas of cultural industry plays an important role in enhancing their overall strength and competitiveness. Skilled talents is the inheritance of cultural industry and innovators, is a key factor of cultural soft power. Tibet has a special cultural industry development, an important economic and social significance. But the current Tibetan cultural industry technical persons problem has not caused the attention of the society.Vocational education as the main land of skilled personnel training, cultural industry in cultural industry, we are seeing the important of the role of talent cultivation. This article from the perspective of cultural industry, the skilled personnel training problems, analyzed the factors of cultural industry development. Vocational education in Tibet shannan area as an example, summarizes the lhoka area vocational education to participate in the cultural industry development and the status quo of skilled talents. Discusses the issues of cultural industry skilled talents for the development of cultural industry. In the developed countries as reference on how to improve the present cultural industry personnel training, analysis the lhoka area vocational education in the cultural industry technical problems existing in the talents training. From the perspective of cultural industry development countermeasure of skilled personnel training Tibetan culture industry are put forward.
