The energy industry as the basic industry has been developed for many years in China and all over the world. People's first impression for energy industry is probably “coal”, which seems black gold. However, “coal mine” simply comes across as the mine accidents. The mine accidents have occurred from time to time even within existing advanced science and technology. Therefore, coal mine workers are the high-risk industry group. Similarly, there are oil workshops, HV power network and other industries in which workers also face high-risk working situation, and always with the high levels of job stress, which will affect the safety of their lives. So how job stress of workers in the high-risk industries to influence their unsafe behavior?This research based on the analysis of existing literatures, and through the questionnaire for 300 front-line workers in traditional high-risk industries, such as Yongcheng Coal Mine of Shangqiu in Henan province, YIMA Coal Industry Group, Hancheng coal in Shanxi province, Yanchang Petroleum producing workshop in Yanan, State Grid in Shenmu, to explore the influence mechanism of job stress of front-line workers in high-risk industries to their unsafe behavior. The results are as follows:1. In the analysis of psychological contract of high-risk industry employee' against the differences in demographic variables. The result shows that different staff positions, like the captain, team leaders and ordinary workers in violation of psychological contract exist significant differences. When the wages of the employees are different, there are significant difference in psychological contract.2. The correlation of job stress, psychological contract violation and unsafe behavior is remarkable significant.3. From the sense of tension and the feeling of out of control dimension of job stress, unsafe behavior can be forward predicted.4. Psychological contract plays a mediating role between the sense of tension, the feeling of out of control and unsafe production behavior.Finally, this paper points out the shortcomings of research and the issues and directions which need to be further researched.
