In modern society,the core competitiveness of enterprises becomes more and more critical and important in the growing-competition market.To maintain the core competitiveness,enterprises need to continuously adjust its strategic targets and development plans to adapt the changing policies and market conditions.Regardless,strategic targets and development plans should be implemented by qualified personnel which defines the core competitiveness of enterprises.Hence,human resource management has become a top priority in enterprise management.Changes in strategic targets and development plans lead to evolution.On one hand,organizational changes have profound impact to employees' career planning;on the other hand,the reaction and cooperation degree of employees,which are crucial to carrying forward and implement these organizational changes,determine whether the enterprise can follow the planned trajectory and achieve its expectations.Therefore,the influences to employees should be considered with the strategic adjustments.In each phase of organizational changes,how to reduce the impacts of employees' psychology and avoid the affections of mental imbalances by psychological contract management are the matters of importance during organizational changes of an enterprise.In this paper,the X Company is taken as a research object from the point view of psychological contract,combining questionnaire survey and other methods,to find out the primary cause of employees' psychological contract breakdown and analyze the impact of a series of management arrangements and measures on employees in each stage of organizational changes.Meanwhile,by analyzing the nature of psychological contract violation and the existing issues of employees' psychological contract management during organizational changes,due ideas in different phases of organizational changes of X Company is expected to be discovered to provide management suggestions for future reference.At the same,hopefully,the ideas and methods in this paper could offer references in strategic design and psychological contract management for those companies that are preparing to change or are implementing changes.
