Researches On Safety Culture In Northwest Minority Areas

Safety culture is an important part of national security,with the impact of the economic globalization and the background of the times and the complex international environment,national culture as the soft power has become increasingly prominent role,the corresponding issues of cultural security is also popular attention from all walks of life.The culture safety of our country have serious challenges of many aspects of home and abroad,and at the borderland of our country northwest minority regions as a result of the special geographical position and national constitution,but also by the serious interference from both at home and abroad and its culture as an important part of the culture of our country whether safety of our overall national security and social stability plays a crucial role.The induction of reading the related research at home and abroad combing and theoretical and actual situation of northwest minority areas in China to understand the basis,with the country’s overall security concept.From the perspective of northwest minority areas of cultural development general situation of,analyzes the political culture of northwest minority areas in China,cultural industry,cultural consumption,cultural heritage of four cultural security problem,and from the perspective of external and internal system,further analysis of the northwest minority areas of the cultural security problem,so as to better applicable countermeasures are put forward.In this paper,themaintenance of cultural security in the northwest minority areas in China should take the following measures: adhere to and perfect the socialist political system and promote the development of ethnic regions in Northwest China political culture;encourage minority bilingual learning and the use of,promote local customs and habits;to prevent foreign hostile forces of alienation for the security and stability of power;vigorously develop the northwest culture industry,promote cultural innovation ability;intensify training of northwest minority cultural heritage;construction "harmonious but different" national culture,promote overall national security strategy.Only a full range,multi-level,continuous effectively promote the national cultural security in Northwest China to for the sustainable development of the national culture,create a safe,harmonious environment.
