| College students are a group of special consumer groups, because of the lack of social experience, their tuition and basic expenses rely mainly on domestic supply, financial education for their children and parents will inevitably affect consumer behavior.For college students, their consumption decisions are often influenced by family factors. Because of the shortage of their social history, the family supply for their basic consumption, providing them with financial education of their children and parents will inevitably affect their consumption decisions. This paper studies the college students’ family financial education, the relationship between consumption values and consumer behavior. Also it provides guidance to family financial education mode at the same time, also guides them to form a good consumption concept and a theoretical basis.This research takes Henan University undergraduate students as subjects, and the subjects have carried on the questionnaire survey, the data using the SPSS18.0 analysis of data, analyzing the characteristics of the college students’ family financial education mode and the characteristics of consumption values and consumer behavior, The conclusions is following:1.the college students’ family financial education in different dimension in different gender, grade, whether the one-child family, home, family monthly income significant differences, and the higher the family income, parents to their children more spoil indulgence.
