In the global film market,China as one of the fastest growing into the world film market,and become the second largest film market.From pricewaterhousecoopers survey of China’s film market data,you can see that Chinese film at the box office will achieve tremendous growth,from 2013 to 2018 in this period,Chinese movie box office income will be increased by nearly $3 billion,with more than 88% of the speed of development.Thus it can be seen that the Chinese film market with endless potential.At present,our country in recent years in the field of film evaluation theory and practice at the beginning of the research are out of shape,has not yet formed the film rights of assets appraisal system,and the film rights to link with market funds,you must first carry on the valuation.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the value of the film rights to specialise.Film industry is a kind of copyright economy at the same time,at present,China’s failure to form a film in the derivatives market development trend,the movie box office income is the main channel of copyright earnings,coupled with the current film rights value evaluation system has not yet been established,the film rights to the value of the lack of a reasonable assessment.Therefore,in order to promote the development of China’s film industry,film rights value evaluation system in China needs to improve,more need to have a third party appraisal institution to determine the film rights assessment method.Based on the current situation of the development of China’s film industry,in the reading of vast amount of literature at home and abroad and integrate related information,on the basis of sum up the factors affecting the value of the film rights,to build a film rights assessment system;Secondly,based on the traditional evaluation model to predict box office earnings method,by using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of two comprehensive evaluation methods to improve and optimize the revenue method,the evaluation of the results,and then calculate the related parameters calculated using the method of income,so as to ensure the film rights valuation of the degree of relative accuracy and objective.Finally,through the relevant case to use and verify the above model.The purpose of this paper is to construct the reasonable film rights value evaluation model,realize the prosperity and development of the film industry.
