The Research About The Influence Of Sharia Law On Indonesia's Marriage Law Culture

After the independence of Indonesia in 1945, although the introduction of western modern law-based legal system, but did not completely abandon the Indonesian Islamic law, Shariah impact on Indonesian law remains. Especially with regard to marriage and family law, inheritance Indonesia, the development and reform of the traditional Islamic marriage law, so that it adapt to the new era of development and the Muslim population of the traditional institution of marriage persist.
